In my case it is becoming an ever increasing delayed experience. Latest excuse " Oh we have great demand for our new release for a new car model. So your replacement offer has joined the back of the que". We treat the new money as a priority-thats my take.
Update, finally got the replacement bracket(20th April) and had it fitted on 27th April . I had to paint a couple of hidden spots where they missed with powder coat.
An inspection of the old bracket showed maybe ten areas where powder coat had failed due to rub marks against the chassis, or poly outer. Pleased I was not a beach driver, it would look pretty average with salt water attention.
Treated with rust converter and put it behind shed wall, emergency spare, hope I dont need it.
We had a 2020 Toyota Kluger in panel shop since end Sept 2022 - Front Bumper and seat belt actuator damage. We got the parts 26th April 2023. Apparently, Toyota makes them in Argentina now.
Insurance Company doesn't care - won't even pay storage costs.

Thanks Pete, my "treatment " was just the visible and scraped a bit of flaky powder coat off. If I ever need this junky steel, I would take to "sand blaster " as a 1st step, then recoat.
Photo show " XX " assorted powder coat that has flaked off, far too many pics to put on here. But maybe a caution to any who live by the sea or do the beach driving stuff.
I have a Freelander & my sister has an Evoque, since 2013 & 2012 never had any issues.
Hey Jonathon, I saw a Freelander today, I think it is the same model as yours, towing a 17 foot caravan with a single axle, and the back of the car, was less then 6 inches from the ground, and he had a weight distribution hitch on, it made no difference. I did tell him a van with the rear door at the back, and wheels just in front, would cause the tbw to be excessively heavy on his car. From level the van was down 10 inches. He told me the van weight 2340kg, I don't know if that is overweight for the car though, but Gee it was almost dragging the ground.
" I thought all the bullerites use Range Rover " my original words. Widely accepted that a lot of Demon supporters go to the snow in their assorted Range Rovers.
Not a denigration of range rovers in this instance. Although also widely accepted they are worthy of denigration
