Not really a joke but something which has always amused me.

Look at your fingernails, go on... really inspect them as thought you were your mum making sure you were clean after a bath.

When asked to do this men almost always turn their hands palms upwards and fold their fingers into their palms for inspection.

Women almost always turn their hands palms downwards and spread their fingers straight and opened in order to examine them.

Why we do this... I do not know but it does amuse me :)
