2023 Season About to Start

Storm turn "sharks " into fush and chups.

Dastardly Dons turn Carlton into barrell scrapings, 6.16 albeit with 4 or 5 rushed is awful.

Then he nobbled the best player in the league, or equal anyway. Oliver OUT, in hospital

I managed to put the kiss of death on the Pies.......no great loss there.

Looks like Craig, Maureen and Jayne get a counter lunch on me.......hope a pie and sauce is ok.

Well done Dees, almost managed to kick a Blues score.  smilesmile

Yep, my "awful kicking " statement almost haunted me. Wife has two mad Collingwood nephews who were at the game. They copped a little bit at the end.

I am sure we can find some Gourmet Pies at Parkers Pies in Rutherglen, sauce may still be free.

Storm racks up anothe win.

I watch Nine's Footy Show this morning, their report on Storm Tigers game was pathetic, the rabbited on about the Tigers and didnt bother to mention much about the storm or mention Will Warbricks 4 tries.

Why would they talk about a Melbourne team Gundog? I find it strange and annoying that the first SOO NRL game was played in a state that don't have a NRL team and Melbourne who do have a team and a good stadium missed out.

Now, as for a real sport, Baseball, my Atlanta Braves over in the US of A have won 6 in a row so they are finally taking notice of my instructions.

She went to Perth last week, busted a windscreen..........I went to the pub and had a steak sandwich, not bad.

Yep bad kicking back to haunt me, then stop to a blessed walk. History will show a 15 point loss, but only thanks to junk time goals by Dees.

"SoO is won and almost done " wrote Gundog. Have a look at Beetota Times take on the cauldren game.

Ah, Storm, off to a flyer, then go for a walkabout in 2nd half.

Cats, somehow scarmble a draw.

Oh, sympathy Chief- no feathers, no hair , after last night. Fancy a backman kicking the winning goal after the siren, from over 50 metres out, in the WET.

The bloody siren got stuck mate. By the time the pushed it again the ball had left the boot. Oh well.

At least my Braves are performing, they have won 25 out of the last 28 games. Sitting nicely on top of the National League and only 2 behind the leaders of the American League.

You better take the kicking curse off the Dees, Craig........might cost you a top 4 spot.

Plus they ruined Jayne's tipping, 8/9 for the round....smilesmile

Morning Craig,

MLB in the US of A play mostly 6 days a week through the season. The 7th day is usually a travel day. They get big $$$$ though.

My late son played National Baseball here in OZ as a catcher so his knees and throwing arm would have given way. OZ National baseball might be 2 days a week but not every week. A lot different here.

Keep Safe out there mate.

Dees do the job on Saints, despite wearing the pale blue strip. But kick 5 goals straight to start the game helps get rid of the yips.

Bad luck for Max King with his shoulder.

Got all AFL games correct so far and desperate for the Bombers and Freo to get the round again. Right up there on AFL and NRL tipping this year. Picked Freo to win by 28. Bombers 54 - 32 as I check scores. Go you good things!!!
