Nothing he said would suggest that he's a climate change denier. He is simply pointing out the obvious problems, namely that poorer nations can't be expected to make the same sacrifices as wealthier ones. I think this is recognised by all participants in the various climate change conferences, and there are special accommodations for these underdeveloped countries.
In short, I agree with all that he says.
