Australia indirectly aiding and abetting Russia?

It is reported that Australia provides Japan with 70 per cent of its coal imports, 60 per cent of its iron ore and 40 per cent of its gas.

"In remarks that reportedly left observers stunned, Inpex boss Takayuki Ueda warned that Australia risked undermining world peace by "quietly quitting" the liquefied natural gas business.

He was backed by Japanese ambassador Yamagami Shingo, who said Tokyo might be a city that never slept, but its lights would go out if Australia stopped supplying Japan with energy."

Reportedly, Japan will have little option but to import gas from Russia if Australia continues along the path of reducing exploration / extraction / mining of our natural resources / fossil fuels, resulting in a strengthening of Russia's economic and political status

Graham, you seem to have made no reference to the various turkeys involved! Cheers

Don't know Graham, but they are known to "Gobble, Gobble". Does this help? Cheers
