I have been looking for a van between 32 -40 feet, for a block of land I have out west. The land is worth nothing as a matter of fact the rates are only $370py, to have a decent amount of room in the van, they were around a few years back but havent seen any for a long while.

I've got an old 40' tri-axle van sitting in my shed in NSW, but the old chap who rents it may not be impressed if I sold it!
Have you considered a Portacom type building? Some are 12' wide and 40' long. You could build an open-sided shed over it to keep it cool, and you'd have plenty of room for a Solar set-up. Cheers

No yobarr, I want to tow the thing, I don't want to go to the expense of what you have suggested, I'll find one.
BC there's a huge tri axle caravan parked at Acclaim gateway tourist park ( 08 9039 1500 ) in Norseman WA. Saw it there last year it's up on blocks and looked like it had been vacant for a long time.
Now we'll see how the XSPURTS define this one. Gonna sit back with a bag of popcorn and watch
Hey Gayham, I hope you have got that bad boy under it's max weight? Do you need to use a WDH or does the LC handle it Ok. As an extra question, does one 2kva generator keep the power up or do you need two. While on power, I'm sure you have solar panels, so have you covered the roof in them?
