Hahaha, especially if they are giving advice on WDH, weights and measures and generators
Hi Graham, You're rught, of course.
Free, but bad, advice about WDH, weights and measures, and to a lesser degree, generators can indeed be very dangerous.
Luckily for members of our forum there are several people here who are very well versed in such topics, and are more than willing to share their knowledge.
Unfortunately, there also is a very small number of members who do not, can not or will not accept simple explanations of indisputable facts about WDHs or weights and measures, blissfully happy in their ignorance. C'est la vie!
However, many other members have accepted the advice offered, and as a result are driving combinations that are immeasurably safer than they previously were. Cheers
We put every last item into a spreadsheet, including second spare wheel (also factoring in now larger tyres x 6) all the way down to the tiny trivial things like phone charging cables & pencils.
The biggest surprise was the total weight of all the light weight things.
We really thought we didn't pack that much & were horrified at the excess weight.
