Foods you can swap out to improve your carbon Footprint

From MSM

Is this what we will need to consider in the future when we choose our food? Carbon Footprint?

Not food that is nutricious and healthy?

Are they serious?

Maybe they should consider the carbon footprint of their Ultra Processed, Poisoned food they are trying to feed us.

The simple food swaps you can make to slash your carbon footprint

  1. Swap chocolate chip brioche rolls for sourdough loaf .     Already choose sourdough bread.
  2. Swap chocolate cereal for porridge    Do adults really eat chocolate cereal?
  3. Swap dark chocolate for chewy mints  Thats not a swap.  Two entirely different things
  4. Swap greek yogurt for coconut yogurt  Lookout those of you with heart issues  coconut oil is deadly.
  5. Swap biltong for frozen chicken tenders  Biltong great for our seniors teeth and frozen chicken tenders Ultra processed food
  6. Swap sugar-free vanilla cola for kombucha  Kombucha tastes nasty and I don't drink soft drinks
  7. Swap prawn seafood dip for chunky tomato salsa   Hows that a swap?  Both highly processed (unless you make it yourself)
  8. Swap roast chicken flavour crisps for cheese flavour whole grain bites   I suppose you could swap these but why? One or the other will kill you

Straight from some american playbook methinks Just a load of rubbish when someone or something had to write something to fill in space.

I agree with the comments in red. And swapping dark chocolate for chewy mints? Chocolate, particularly very dark chocolate, eaten in moderation has been shown to have various health benefits, whereas chewy mints are just pure sugar.

Sorry Greg, should have explained. Red Comments are my thoughts.

I guess its a comment on how rediculous things are getting.

But oh so true as far as those with vested interests are concerned.

Gundog, you frequently get the wrong end of the stick. The post was about the ridiculous things the media will post to fill in space.
