I use a level spoon for a milo. Its a old fashioned soup ladle but its still only 1 spoon level serve

Now, now, I'm not quite that bad. I do take Milo with me when travelling/on holidays just in case I don't like the water. Cheers.

That looks like my teaspoon of Toby Estate Broadway coffee beans post ground for a triple hit!

Far more economical, better tasting than the diabetic sugar loaded highly processed ingredients of whatever these things are supposed to represent.

A simple hand ground espresso can't be improved on.

P.S. With a touch of standard cream (never came across a bought coffee as good as grinding your own beans... not difficult stuff).

P.P.S. For the novice, do not use boiling water in coffee even if it is freeze dried ("god" forbid). Also use filtered water*.

* As with tea.

Sorry WAWT, there is no such thing as nice coffee.

As for tea - the Billy should be boiling, throw in a cupped handful of Ceylon tea - remove from fire and swing Billy in a circle three full turns. Drink with no milk added but a heaped spoon of sugar is OK.

Another way of course is Char as made in Vietnam with condensed milk, sickly sweet but delicious and refreshing.

As far as sugar, can't stand the stuff in tea or coffee.
