There seems to be an issue with hooking up when you are relying on a modem instead of phone data.
We live in a poor mobile area - 1 bar of 5G - this is in a flat, well populated urban area BTW!
Wikicamps won't hook up on the modem - I need to turn off the wifi on the phone, go to the front yard where the 5g signal is strongest, and load WC.
I can then go back inside and it works fine , obviously using modem data.
I've tried to resolve it with their support, but they've been useless.
Anywhere there's 2 bars of 5g or stronger, no issue.
