Being retired & owning multiple tenants in common property where no land tax applies, barely pay any tax. But I do donate about $5k a year. So trying to contribute in a round about way.

Federal, state and local governments collect a mix of excise taxes, taxes, stamp duty. Our roads are a disgrace. Bowen hydrogen miracle will fix it all. Hang on, hydrogen is dead.
