I purchased a waeco fridge 4 years ago,after 2 yrs it showed signs of corrosion on the outside metal.The fridge was replaced by waeco but now this fridge is showing the same rust signs.has anyone had the same experience?

Hi I'm about to become a "grey nomad" but i really need to get some idea of the "must haves" and the "make life more comfortable haves". I'll be travelling in a campervan by myself so I'm a bit aprehensive about that so any hints on going solo would also help.

Have a pretty new Jayco poptop and want to replace the standard 3 way dometec fridge with a good 12v type. (As recommended by people who say the 3 way fridges don't work well in the heat up North.) Can't find out much about them Can anyone help with info? Gazzo
