Looking for some advice to shorten the time on doing a seat upgrade. We have a Jayco Heritage van that has an "L" shaped seating arrangement. The seats are just too soft and hence uncomfortable so a change needs to be made. I'm not interested in replacing or redesigning the whole area to accommodate...

Friend of mine is doing a camping trip for 14 days with a van and needs to sleep with a Philips Cpac machine. He will be staying mostly in places without power and will be driving most days. Spare tyre mounted under car was in the car when I bought it. The walls were worn through to the canvass by the rubbing on the mounting. I replaced the tyre and have since done 20,000 k's. Removed to rotate tyres and found same thing occurring on the new tyre although nowhere near as bad. Has anyone else h...

While in Toowoomba recently, I had to have some work done on the van (which some members here assisted with) & as the van was coming up to time for a service, I asked if they could do one. Thanks & $275 later we were on the road. I found they repacked the bearings & replaced a magnet as it was cra...

hello experts. I have found mention of this issue but other than the tea towel flung up there, no real solution offered. Heavy dew or light drizzle is the worst, the water runs off the pop top onto the tin skin below at either end. Chinese water torture (she said). And the tea towel does work, but if you are...

I got creative today and made a fan shroud for the Motor-Home. The radiator works OK most times, but on steep hills and very hot days the engine can get a bit hot. I think the problem is that the radiator is not getting enough air flow through the stock fans with the current one large and two small fans. Adde...
