Thinking of getting a 12 volt pump to transfer water from 10 & 20 litre containers into van tank. Getting a bit hard to hold them up and pour into funnel. Also interested in these bladders I've seen for the purpose of carrying water from fill point for use when bush camping. Main advantage being stor...

My skill at reversing a van are not the best, despite practice. A suggested solution is to mount a tow ball/DO35 on the front of my Dmax. Im searching now for examples of such an arrangement. Anyone here know of when, where, or how its been done?

Just replaced electric heating element in my 2012 year model Truma b14 hot water unit with an 850watt element and after 1hour 15minutes the water is barely warm. I would expect that it should be quite a bit hotter than that as the old element would heat it up in about 45 minutes. Is there anything that I ma...

Had a very slow tyre leak over the past year losing about 3-5psi each month. Did not worry me too much and just inflated regularly as required. I knew I would have to do something about it one day when I had more time. That time came last week. So, I removed the wheel from the car and inspected the tyre. Sure e...

I am getting some backflow from my sink to my shower, can anyone suggest a type of non return valve that would be suitable. As there is no pressure then a spring loaded type wouldn't work, I was thinking a swing check valve may do the job. All the connections are 25mm flex tube. Has anyone fitted one or solv...

This is for the Australian Camec type. One of my flaps wasn't sealing properly (after a tree branch fell on it).
