We had fettucine with a quick sauce made from onion, garlic, capsicum, coriander, lemon grass, ginger, couple of handfuls of green prawns and dolup of sour cream. Quick mix, bit of parmesan and a squeeze of lemon. All done in the time it took the pasta to cook. What hit the table at your place?
