Grey Water Tank not emptying anyone help?

We are having problems with our Jayco Conquest Motor Home Grey Water tank. The tank appears to be full and when we try to empty in to the sullage point it only dribbles out and the tank still seems to be full. This is our first trip on the road and we need help?! Any suggestions would be appreciated.
