Nitrogen in tyres

Hi all in Perth everything going good. Just wanted to ask if anyone uses nitrogen in their tyres I have been told it something I should consider I have an isuzu npr 200 truck. Ive googled and not sure if its smart thing to do or not. Would welcome any advise. Thanks Noelene
