Fridge Is Freezing Up

We have a 150ltr Dometic Tropicalised 3 way fridge. In up to 33 degree ambient temperatures, on gas or 240 volts, the fridge goes as low as -4 degrees. This occours on settings of 4 and above. We are currently in Karrartha WA. Anyone else had this problem? The fridge is defrosted regularly. Regards
