GPS trackers
(Preview)
Before heading off again I am interested in fitting a gps tracker in the van and maybe the vehicle. I need advice on the different types and the pro's and con's of each one. Also it seems to me that combining a tracker with an emergency beacon would be a good idea.

Sliding Door Stuck (and fix)
(Preview)
There is a sliding door between the bedroom suite and the rest of the van to provide privacy in many caravans. In our Traveller Prodigy this door became stuck, fully open. It would wobble a bit and move along its top track about 20mm, but no further. I used my cheap usb borescope (camera on a bendy wand)...

Howdy all, the attached are coming up for sale at that Supermarket mob that sell 'stuff' as well. Has anyone got these or what say you? Would it just be a clean swap with deep cell or other things have to be changed? -- Edited by Dougwe on Wednesday 30th of March 2022 02:33:25 PM

Weird wire placement
(Preview)
I have noticed on a few Vans lately, { mine is a Jayco Freedom } there is what I presume to be a stupidly place ground/earth wire at the bottom of the door frame. It is unsurprisingly broken due to opening/closing of the door, has been broken for years by the look of it. Seems a silly place to have a wire and...
