Did a search but couldn't find answers to these questions so hope forumites can help. How long is build gas compliance valid for?, Does it differ between states eg NSW QLD VIC? Is a new compliance inspection required when change of owner and doe this this also differ by state?

Any idea where I can get a replacement relay for a Dometic 4605. One in it at present is a Raytex LD2AU-12p 40amp. I tried S/cheap Jaycar and now onto Narva direct but having difficulty. Its the relay from the engine for the AES switch over to 12v. TIA Bas
