Trailblazer suspension upgrades...what have you done?

New Trailblazer owner. I notice that rear springs are quite soft and any weight on back means I whack my head on the tailgate when it's up (normally just miss). So what mods have you made (if any) and how successful have they been? Thanks in advance.
