canopy windows
(Preview)
I have just had the rear window on my Flexiglass Canopy literally explode while sitting in the shade (glad we were not away from home). This is apparently not an unusual occurrence for any of the fibreglass canopies. But what I found out was that if you have an insurance policy that covers you for a new wi...

Drifter battery capacity calibration.
(Preview)
Some time ago I replaced the two 100 AH Gel batteries for two 120AH AGM's, this has made a big difference to our power availability, I believe the two Gels were wrecked at the factory and the service depot by incorrect charging, i.e. fast charging a Gel battery. Single shocks vs Dual shocks
(Preview)
What is general consensus with dual shocks? I have single ones but there is provision for a second one to be fitted without too much trouble by the look of it. It is a semi off road, CRS 3200 kg suspension. From my limited knowledge, dual shocks don't get as hot as single ones, but on a majority of bitumen t...
