Wanted: Dead or near dead drop in lithium batteries
(Preview)
If you have a dead or near dead lithium battery that you can't get any joy regarding a warranty replacement, I'm interested in buying it. I want to see just what it is that is failing in these drop in 12v batteries and the only way I'll find out is to open them up. So, if you want to get a few $$ for something tha...

Fridge Temperature
(Preview)
I purchased a new van 6 months ago (not my first) and it's fitted with a Dometic RMDX25 fridge. Whether it's a hot day or cool day, whether it's running on LPG, 240v or 12v, it will not cool below 8 degrees, measured with a min/max digital thermometer. sorting out a tug
(Preview)
My thoughts are either the s-line or r600 mack, like em both. Intend on towing a 3500kg off road van. Power and trans would be too much of a problem, just slot another combo in. Not sure how big of a transmission cooler I would need if I fit an auto trans (easier than a roadranger, better for the mrs). Have to...

Trying out the emergency stop function of the "Tow Pro", I only felt a gentle braking of the van, reading the instructions, on auto mode that is correct and the braking force is relative to the setting.
