Boy Oh Boy, just got back from Yarram Vic. The road from Tarwin Lower to Yarram is a disgrace, I have never seen holes in a road like them, in fact, they were not holes, they were craters and some took up most of the width of the road. Someone on a motor bike at night would have no hope. The thing I didn't apprec...

..on ebay. Very dissapointing. I'll try again after Easter. But I thought I'd share one blokes idea for her.. His idea was to take off the wheels and axle and mount it on the back of a twin cab ute! I thought that was a very clever idea. Naturally, he didn't want to pay my price when he was planning to pull it a...

Maybe too much of a Cynic but. It is a nice thing to do to help a charity doing their thing. But are you as disolusioned as I am when the true facts come out about their fundraisng and how much actually goes to those who need the help? I watched a TV program a couple of years ago about these guys who register...

Got Mrs Tony a Kindle for her birthday yesterday and she has got it up and working and has already bought and downloaded a book from Amazon. It was just sitting on a table. No wires or computer connection. Frankly I find it a bit spooky! Came with a DVD claimed to hold 29,500 books. That should keep her quie...

I just got home from the annual trip down to the deep south, and should have stayed there. We have had 15 inches in the last few days, with more to come. Seen every dvd in the house, and am getting bored to the MAX. You can only do so much in the shed, and this wet weather is getting me down. Whats it like where yo...

How do we accumulate so much stuff that we never use, never look at, we pack them up in boxes over the years just in case we might need it or because we call it our memorabilia and just couldn't get rid of that..........well I am over it all, just crazy ........in the middle of packing our essential living s...

I have just been away and tried the new mozzie patches. Not 100% convinced they work. We had heaps of mozzies to try them out on! I stuck one onto the bottom of my pants and stood near my husband. He was getting mozzies on his legs but I wasn't. But as for the 2 metre coverage? They were still biting me on my ar...
